I presume the “hand-to-hand combat” she is most adept in usually places one or both of the combatants in a horizontal posture and involves using other portions of the body more than the actual hands.
So, are wardrobe damages generally common for these siblings? Or is she just too lazy to put on both clothes and armor?
Also, I really want to call her a battle axe, but I fear the metaphorical axe’s literal axe would find me if I were so foolhardy. So uh, Jeni is a lovely young lady. I’m sure she and Hass are gonna be besties.
“Protection” is the Guardians’ job. This allows Champions to wear whatever this wish. While Lark is more traditional in his clothing, he does have a name that carries his reputation further for more jobs. Most of the other Champions need a shtick or gimmick to get noticed and to get hired more frequently.
For most of Champions, they use sex appeal, because, as most people know, sex sells. (Yes, this is a ‘subtle’ shot at the age-old saying) Others use colour matched combinations and some even hire public relations experts to write about the historic deeds in order to attract more business. This is the real “Hero Business”

The wonderful thing about magically enhanced plate bikinis. They go on like clothes, bend like clothes, but give you the protection as if you were wearing six inches of properly tempered steel!

The last birthday party Jeni was hired for ended abruptly as she body slammed a Cursed through the roof of the house, incapacitating the client.
No further expenses were claimed however, as the client later admitted that he had always wanted to be knocked unconscious by a woman in a plate bikini.
After this incident, The Order opened up the possibility of hiring out Champions for a more niche market.
It was later admitted that the Auction was already providing this service and if the service was to become a more common occurrence, the Auction could potentially wind up making less rounds as its unique nature would be degraded.
As it stands, the niche market is still on the books as a potential money-grab idea, but it would require that the Auction not pull in as many rounds as anticipated.
Note: After body slamming the Cursed through the roof, the client attempted to catch Jeni. The resulting impact of her magically plate-covered boobs against his skull is what caused the loss of consciousness. Witnesses report that while unconscious, the client had a very large… smile… for the duration of his lapse.

I’d be more worried over the loss of an eye due to a misfire from the second to last complication should a wardrobe malfunction occur.

Possibly when we can ensure that this comic makes enough money for Alli to no longer have to work for a living. Until then, it will remain semi SFW as per guidelines allowed at the most common work places – AKA no nudity or ‘obscene’ gore. Blood’s okay, apparently.
In the event that we could get ads on the site that weren’t gratuitous nudity or porn sites with nudity in the comic, we might also switch it back for that, but as it stands, we have to bend the knee to Google overlords or it’s pretty much guaranteed that we either disappear from their searches, or we have to go whole hog and make this a porn comic – something we do not intend to do.
Hilariously, this entire stance is one of the sneaky messages of My Hero! People act all outraged by nudity and ‘lewdness’, but everyone in that boat is a hypocrite.
